Alteration - Downsize
In the event that we do not have your size available, we are able to professional downsize a larger gown to your measurements. We are able to successfully downsize up to 3 sizes. You may leave us a note at checkout with your measurements (bust, waist, hips) or we will contact you promptly after receiving you gown. Please allow a few extra days for alterations!
Our shipping times vary with each gown. Gowns that are in-stock at our retail store ship out the same day and take anywhere from 1-3 days to reach any domestic destination.
Gowns that are NOT in stock at our retail store take 3-4 business days to process and then ship from our store. If ordered on Monday-Tuesday, it will be shipped out Thursday or Friday that same week. If ordered Wednesday- Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday. If you need your purchased to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us so that we may expedite our process.
Please allow 5-10 days to receive your package from the time you place your order.
All orders include a tracking number and are shipped though USPS and UPS. Available options can be seen at check out. We also offer FREE in-store pick up.
