If you would like your gown hemmed, please add this option to your cart and we will reach out to you. You may also leave a note at check out with the following details: your height and the height of the shoes you will be wearing. We are more than happy to assist with any questions you may have. All of our alterations are done at our retail store by a seasoned professional and are of the highest quality!
Our shipping times vary with each gown. Gowns that are in-stock at our retail store ship out the same day and take anywhere from 1-3 days to reach any domestic destination.
Gowns that are NOT in stock at our retail store take 3-4 business days to process and then ship from our store. If ordered on Monday-Tuesday, it will be shipped out Thursday or Friday that same week. If ordered Wednesday- Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday. If you need your purchased to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us so that we may expedite our process.
Please allow 5-10 days to receive your package from the time you place your order.
All orders include a tracking number and are shipped though USPS and UPS. Available options can be seen at check out. We also offer FREE in-store pick up.
